How To Take Pre-workout
Well this may sound like a pretty stupid blog post but we have been asked several times on how or rather when to take our flag ship pre-workout product ZeusJuice Advanced Pre-workout.
Yeah we print some suggestions on the bottle but as with many things there are several ways to take this nectar of the gods and in this post we will breakdown some of our favorites.

This is simple – take 1/2 to one scoop depending on your tolerance with 4-8 oz of water 20 minutes prior to working out. This mixture will provide optimal results and best flavoring experience
Basically crush it before you leave the house to head to the gym and by the time you get there you will be ready to slay some weights.
The Light Sipper
One scoop of ZeusJuice with 16-24 oz of water. This waters the mixture down and lightens up the taste while still being extremely effective in amping up any workout session. Generally this would be sipped on pre and intra workout or during a run etc.
To be honest I personally have no idea how people do this nor do we recommend it but we will still list it as I personally know a few people that Dry Scoop. Dry Scooping is taking a scoop of said supplement and ingesting it without mixing it with water beforehand. Generally the individually would put the scoop of powder in his or her mouth then take a swig of water to wash it down and be on about their business.
Which Way is Better?
There is no correct answer for that as you are getting the ingredients into your system regardless so in essence they all work just fine.
We spent a lot of time on flavoring and feel it is a cornerstone to making good products. In this day and age a good pre should not only be effective but taste good as well! So dry scooping is out for us as we love and enjoy the taste of our products!
The other two methods depend on you but just as consumers make protein pancakes out of whey supplements there are several ways to take every product.
